“The time I spent learning from Robbie Brown absolutely changed both my ability as a musician, and my understanding of what it means to be a musician.

When you are fortunate enough to learn from Robbie you are taught practical ways of improving your ability as a musician, combined with tools that will help you learn to apply that when playing with others.

Robbie keeps you engaged by showing how the lesson was used by musicians of the past and cool ways you can incorporate that in your own playing. I can honestly say that Robbie was responsible for my greatest growth as a musician.

After ten years of being obsessed with music, Robbie opened my eyes to a whole new understanding of the art by his willingness to see people grow, and have fun doing it.”

"Robbie, I'll try to write the words to explain the gratitude my wife and I have for all that you've taught our son Kassidy on guitar. After playing him

Robert Johnson's "Crossroads," My son said, "Daddy, I have to learn how to play the blues!" If you know anything about music you know that the blues is not something you just do. We didn't know what we were getting into, but Kassidy was so passionate about learning how to play guitar. Fast forward only 18 lessons later, Kassidy can now sit down and play with Robbie.  Over the weeks we've seen a guitarist come alive! We didn't know he had an ear for music, until you taught us the many ways in which music can be heard. When Kassidy is at home he comes up with all kinds of new songs that he created. It really is pretty amazing to watch. You've been so patient with him. You told him if he's not having fun with it and exploring to create his own sound, he can never love it! You showed us a talent we knew nothing about. We're so blessed to have  you for a guitar teacher. Thank you for all you've invested. He has already taken his guitar to school to play for his class! You're awesome!"

"Robbie Brown has a way of making music easy and approachable for kids (and adults). He is so knowledgeable and patient in music theory that he is able to keep a young mind engaged. He applies different techniques to teach, taking something that can seem daunting and making it fun. He is able to create a comfortable environment which allows for the students to take flight. He has been teaching my son for 2 years and is phenomenal."
